✦ An item that been used or altered cannot be not be exchanged.

✦ I highly recommend adding tracking number to your returned parcel. I will not be responsible for lost parcels.

✦ An exchange would be made only once for each order.

✦ Please contact me before sending the item back for clarifying the issue and an accurate return address.
Items sent back to us without prior contact will not be refunded.

✦ If for some reason I do decide to refund your order, it will be refunded minus 10% from the price of the item. This fee will cover- handling fees, Admin fees and Paypal fees.

Your item/s will be shipped your way within about 1-5 business days from the moment I received your payment. If you you need a rushed order, please let me know PRIOR to placing your order and I will do my best to make it happen for you!

>> US ORDERS- I'm using USPS priority mail for USA orders, which takes 2-5 business days from the moment of shipment.

>>INTERNATIONAL ORDERS- For internationals I use first class, which takes 10-20 business days to arrive, depending on your country's custom regulation. First class is not track or insured. If you would like to upgrade your shipping please let me know before placing your order.

✦ Please note that I am not responsible for customs fees. It is up to the buyer to pay these and know about their country's policies/regulations.

✦ We Do NOT Mark International Parcels As Gift!

✦ USA parcels are tracked. The tracking number will be included in a confirmation email that will be sent to the email you provided when ordering as soon as your parcel is packed.

✦ PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT AND WILL NOT GUARANTEE ARRIVAL OF PARCELS BY A CURTAIN DATE. We do our best to send parcels asap, but from the moment your parcel is shipped, it is out of our hands and we cannot control when it arrives.

✦ For International Parcels- please be patient with the shipping, sometimes (though rarely) parcels can take a bit longer. And if your country's customs choose to hold on a parcel for few days (usually not more than a couple of days) the postal service can't do anything about that.
I highly recommend that you look into your country's customs regulation, and be prepared.

✦ I cannot be responsible for damaged that is caused by shipping companies and/or missing/lost parcels. Please let me know if you wish to insure your package. You will be responsible for any additional fees.

✦ Even not insured, if an item gets lost on it's way to you, please contact me, and I will do my best to try and track it down.

✦ If your parcel is lost and I decide to replace your item, it is your responsibility to pay for the replacement's shipping fees.
